Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using imtechlance.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Services we offer

IM Techlance provides custom software development, mobile app development, web development, AI/automation services, and resold digital subscriptions (Canva Pro, ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Creative Cloud and similar tools).

3. Quotes and project scope

Project quotes are fixed-scope and provided after a discovery call, typically within 24 hours. Work beyond the agreed scope (additional features, revisions beyond what was agreed, or a materially changed brief) may be quoted separately before we proceed.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp, our contact form, or our shop. We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. For project work, payment is typically split into milestones (e.g. an upfront deposit and a payment on delivery); for subscriptions, payment is due before activation.

5. Subscription products

Digital subscriptions (Canva Pro, ChatGPT, etc.) are resold access to third-party platforms at a discounted rate. Delivery is typically instant or within a short confirmation window after payment. These products are subject to the underlying provider's own terms of use in addition to ours. Where we advertise a money-back guarantee on a specific product, its exact terms will be confirmed with you at the time of order.

6. Refunds and cancellations

For project work: a deposit secures your place in our schedule and is non-refundable once work has started, unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope. For subscriptions: refund eligibility depends on the specific product and is confirmed at checkout — contact us before your order if you need clarity.

7. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the source code and deliverables we build specifically for you, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing (for example, where third-party libraries or licensed assets carry their own terms). We may reference completed projects in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Your responsibilities

Timelines depend on you providing requested content, feedback and approvals promptly. Delays on your side may shift the delivery date accordingly.

9. Post-launch support

Included post-launch support covers fixing defects in what we built. New features, redesigns, or issues caused by changes made outside our team are handled as new scoped work.

10. Referral program

Our referral program is offered at our discretion. Rewards are credited once a referred customer's first order is confirmed and paid, and may be withdrawn in cases of abuse (e.g. self-referrals or fake orders).

11. Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of software, apps, or tools we build or resell, beyond the value of the order in question.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
