1. Who we are

IM Techlance ("we", "us", "our") provides custom software, mobile app, web development and AI services, and resells discounted digital subscriptions (Canva Pro, ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Creative Cloud and similar) to businesses and individuals in Pakistan. This policy covers imtechlance.com and the WhatsApp numbers we use to communicate with customers.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Your name, email address and WhatsApp number, when you submit a quote request, contact form, referral request, or place an order;
• Project details you share with us (for software/app/web/AI enquiries);
• Payment confirmation details (e.g. an EasyPaisa/JazzCash/bank transfer reference) when you pay for a subscription or project;
• Basic technical data — pages visited, offer/coupon clicks, and referring links — collected automatically via cookies and our internal link-tracking (used to see which offers and pages are working, not to build advertising profiles).

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and send fixed-scope quotes within our stated turnaround;
• To deliver ordered services or subscriptions and provide ongoing support;
• To communicate with you about your order or project, primarily via WhatsApp and email;
• To process referral rewards, where you take part in our referral program;
• To improve our website and offers based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Subscriptions from third-party providers

Digital subscriptions we resell (Canva Pro, ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) are provided under license or seat-sharing arrangements with those platforms. Depending on the product, activating your subscription may require sharing your email address (or a login we provide you) with the underlying provider so the subscription can be issued. Each provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data once issued.

5. WhatsApp communication

Because most ordering and support happens over WhatsApp, messages you send us there are stored in our business WhatsApp account in line with WhatsApp's own terms. Please avoid sending sensitive information (like full card numbers) over WhatsApp — we will never ask for that.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use basic cookies/local storage to remember things like whether you've already seen a promotional popup this session, and short-lived tracking links (e.g. track.php) to measure which offers and pages lead to enquiries. This data is used internally for analytics and is not shared with advertisers.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry, order and referral records for as long as needed to deliver services, honor guarantees, and meet basic bookkeeping/tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing sales@imtechlance.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to our admin systems and not storing payment card details on our servers.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who can legally enter into an agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
