HOW WE WORK

What is your process from start to finish?

Every project follows four stages: Consult (free call to understand your goals), Plan (we scope features and send a fixed quote), Build (weekly WhatsApp updates as we design and develop), and Launch (we deploy and stay on for post-launch support).

How long does a project take?

Simple websites: 2–4 weeks. Mobile apps: 8–12 weeks. Custom software: 6–16 weeks depending on complexity. You'll get a precise timeline in your fixed-scope quote after the Plan stage.

How do you communicate during a project?

Weekly WhatsApp updates, always. For larger projects we also send short progress reports. You'll never be left wondering what's happening — if something changes, you'll hear from us first.

Do I need to come to an office?

No. We work entirely remotely and manage everything through WhatsApp, email, and video calls. Clients across Pakistan — Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Islamabad — work with us without any in-person meetings.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

Are your quotes fixed or can prices change?

Fixed. The price agreed after the Plan stage is what you pay — no surprises. If you request new features outside the agreed scope, we'll quote those separately. Your original quote never changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and direct bank transfer. Projects are split into milestones — typically 50% upfront and 50% on final delivery. Subscriptions are billed monthly.

Can I start small and scale the project up later?

Yes — this is a common and sensible approach. Many clients start with a landing page or MVP and expand later. Each phase is scoped and quoted independently.

Do you offer maintenance retainers after launch?

Yes. We offer monthly retainers covering hosting management, content updates, bug fixes, and priority support. Ask for retainer pricing during your discovery call.

TECHNICAL & OWNERSHIP

Who owns the code when the project is done?

You do. Full source code ownership transfers to you upon final payment. You're free to host it, modify it, or hand it to another developer — no strings attached.

Which technologies do you build with?

We choose the technology based on what's right for your project — not our preference. Common choices: Flutter or React Native for mobile, Next.js or React for web, Node.js or Python for backends, and OpenAI tools for AI features.

Can you take over a project built by someone else?

Yes. We regularly inherit and extend existing codebases. We start with a code review to understand the current state, then give you an honest assessment before committing to any work.

Will you sign an NDA before we discuss our idea?

Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before any detailed discussion of your requirements or business idea. Just ask us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it quickly.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does subscription delivery work?

After payment confirmation, we send your login credentials directly on WhatsApp — usually within 15 minutes. You'll receive a username, password, and setup instructions where needed.

Are the subscriptions shared or dedicated accounts?

Most are family/team plan slots — you get your own dedicated profile. For tools like Canva Pro, you receive a full account. We're transparent about this in each product listing.

What if my account stops working mid-month?

We resolve any access issue within 24 hours — usually within a few hours. If we can't restore access, you receive a full refund or replacement account. This is our money-back guarantee.

Can I get a bundle deal for multiple subscriptions?

Yes. Order two or more tools and ask us about bundle pricing on WhatsApp. Regular clients also receive loyalty discounts automatically.

SUPPORT AFTER LAUNCH

What post-launch support is included?

All projects include a post-launch support period (30 days for Starter, 90 days for Growth, 12 months for Enterprise) covering bug fixes and compatibility with new OS/browser versions. Ongoing support beyond that is available via retainer.

What if I find a bug after the project is finished?

If the bug is something that was in scope and signed off, we fix it at no charge within the support window. Bugs introduced by changes you make, or new feature requests, are quoted separately.

Can I add new features to my app or website after launch?

Absolutely. Many of our clients return for Phase 2 work. New features are scoped and quoted as a fresh project — with the advantage that we already know the codebase inside out.
